Celebrating 8 months of teamwork and 4 years in the automotive industry

Meet Chloe Kealey, a dedicated Parts Advisor in our Parts Department. Chloe has been with West Coast Ford Lincoln for 8 months, bringing with her 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Chloe loves the ever-evolving nature of the automotive world. “There’s always something new to learn—whether from work or from customers,” she shares. For Chloe, the best part of working at West Coast Ford Lincoln is the sense of connection across all departments. “I feel like part of the team, even though we all do different jobs. Everyone is kind and willing to share their knowledge.”

Looking ahead, Chloe is eager to deepen her expertise. She hopes to earn her Red Seal certification in Parts and eventually move into a higher role or even transition into a Service Advisor position.

When she’s not at the dealership, Chloe loves camping and taking road trips. Her biggest passion? Softball. She recently accepted a role as assistant coach for her childhood association, a full-circle moment that speaks to her love for the game and community. Excitingly, Chloe is also planning for a major life milestone—she’s getting married in May 2026!

Chloe’s enthusiasm for learning and her positive energy make her an invaluable part of our team. We’re thrilled to have her on board and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!
