This month, we are proud to recognize Greg Pow, our Parts Manager, whose remarkable career with West Coast Auto Group reaches an incredible milestone this September: 39 years of service. Equally impressive, Greg has spent all 39 of those years building a career in the automotive industry.
Greg’s journey began in September 1987 when he joined the company as a Lot Attendant. Through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn, he steadily progressed through a variety of roles including Parts Delivery Driver, Shipper/Receiver, Parts Counterperson, Assistant Parts Manager, Parts Manager at Nissan, and ultimately returned to Ford as Parts Manager, a place he describes as feeling most like home.
What Greg enjoys most about the automotive industry is the opportunity to help customers during times when they need assistance most. Whether addressing mechanical concerns or collision repairs, he takes pride in contributing to a process that gets customers back on the road as quickly as possible.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at West Coast Auto Group, Greg’s gratitude for the people around him shines through. Having spent the majority of his life with the organization, he values both the colleagues he works alongside and the leadership that has supported him throughout his career. He credits the opportunities he has received over the years as a major part of his personal and professional success and remains thankful for the career he has built here.
Outside of work, Greg leads a full and active life. A longtime member of the Pitt Meadows Slo-Pitch League, he has been involved in the league for approximately 35 years and has kept his team together for more than three decades. He and his wife, Sue, have been happily married for 33 years, and he enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, family, and three beloved dogs. Greg is also an avid music fan who loves attending concerts and collecting concert shirts from the bands he has seen over the years.
Looking ahead, Greg is hoping to organize a memorable family trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, giving his entire family the opportunity to enjoy a vacation together. As he puts the plans together, he is excited about the possibility of creating lasting memories with those closest to him.

Despite nearly four decades of accomplishments, Greg remains characteristically humble about his career. In his own words, he prefers to simply show up each day, roll up his sleeves, and quietly do his part to make West Coast Auto Group a better place for fellow employees, customers, and guests. That dedication, consistency, and team-first attitude have made him an invaluable member of our organization and a respected leader throughout the company.
Thank you, Greg, for your incredible commitment, leadership, and nearly 39 years of service. We are proud to celebrate your contributions and look forward to many more years ahead.
